I'm so glad we went with Jenny as our Real Estate agent! She is so experienced, in not just buying and selling, but seemingly everything in between. She was so prepared and attentive throughout the process, including working on vacation when we had to put a contract on our house and timing was of the essence! As an out of state owner of a problematic property, it became necessary to consider a short sale. This process is difficult and very confusing, and in this case two banks were involved. Jenny knew exactly what needed to be done, and with as little interruption of my life as possible, she managed to negotiate, advertise, arrange and finalize the sale. This took approximately 7-8 months. She fielded all the conversation with bankers, etc; saw that I received emails of all pertinent papers, with instructions for printing, faxing, notarizing, mailing; I've never met her in person, but it is all done and I'd use her again 'in a heartbeat'!
