We were looking for a renovation project but were not familiar with the different areas of Wilmington. Jennifer worked with us to find areas that we would like and then found renovation projects in the area. After finding several homes, Jennifer was able to connect us with contractors, plumbers, and electricians. Her list of contacts is invaluable.
