I worked with Daniel Prior of this group. Daniel impressed me with his ability to understand what was important to me and to present market information in a manner that made sense to me. I interviewed five other realtors, and told everyone I wanted top dollar, not a quick sale. Half of them recommended pricing my property at a much lower price than Daniel -- over $100,000 less. He did much better market research for the special features of my property than most of the other agents. He was also easy for me to work with -- listened well and gave good advice on price negotiations. We ended up with a closing price that was close to the initial offering price and the entire closing project went very smoothly.
