I just recently closed the sale of a rental condominium I have owned for over 33 years. When deciding to sell, I knew of only one person I wanted to be my real estate agent. That person is Jennifer A. Thomas of Seven Gables Real Estate. I want to share with you all the aspects of Jennifer that make her uniquely qualified to be the GREAT agent that she is. I met Jennifer at the time I was looking to buy the condominium I have just sold through her. Back then I had a different buying agent. But as my significant other and I were looking around at Crosspointe Village, we met Jennifer who lived there. She graciously invited us into see her unit so we could get an idea of what the layouts were. She was so kind that over the intervening 33 years, I have called Jennifer just a handful of times with questions related to my being a property owner and about the housing market. She was always exceedingly kind to me with her time and expertise.Fast forward to now with this sale. I signed up with Jennifer who could not be any more helpful! She also got up and was there for me early on weekend mornings when the appliances were delivered and made sure everything was done according to plan. She beautifully staged the unit to its best effect and guided me without complaint when I had numerous aEUR~question storms.When the unit sold, after a brief time on the market, I was ecstatic with the result and truly know that all went as well as it did because of this great agent.
