Jennifer Terry must have all of this information at her fingertips for she sent us multiple houses for sale, all of which fit most of our wishes, day after day after day. She never stopped, and we had so many choices, we tended to be overwhelmed at times. But Jennifer and her team answered every question quickly and thoroughly, sought out the answer to every one of them, and made the process bearable and pleasant. She rewarded our queries with incredible patience. We must have asked the same question of every house several times, but she always acted as though it were the first time we asked. Because we were buying the house long distance and never saw any of the houses in person, Jennifer offered walk-throughs of each house on facetime, and asked the owners for further information to all our queries. What was a complicated and frustrating process at times turned into a New York Times-like real estate slide show narrated by Jennifer, providing the most detailed pictures, lively narrative, and important information for each house we found interesting. While we put in offers for several houses the sellers did not accept, Jennifer made the process for submitting each offer easy, and she quickly filled out a contract offer for each house and emailed it to us immediately. We signed the forms, returned them, and waited for the offer to play out. We were disappointed several times, but Jennifer never let us rest. Before the ink had dried, she had found better houses. When we finally found the house we wanted, the process was quick and thorough. Jennifer explained the steps on the phone, sent the contracts for signature online, and brought the sale to a swift conclusion.
