I have been wanting to leave a review for days now but have been struggling trying to downsize the amount of genuine complaints I sincerely can state about Emalee. There is no possible way to fit it all in. I constantly referred to Emalee as an absolute Rockstar and she absolutely is! Our house didn't even make it to our open house. It had multiple offers immediately. Emalee made sure every step was executed in the most impactful way. I whole heartily believe if I did not have Emalee as a realtor I would still be trying to sell my old house right now. There was even a similar house to mine for sale for months in the same area. Communication was complete perfection. Emalee's response time was mostly immediate or within a couple minutes. She was always amazing at keeping me informed of any information I needed to know. We were matched with Jake through Zillow when we requested a tour of a house in which we were interested. Jake was immediately communicative and transparent with the information he knew about the house. As first time homebuyers, we weren't sure what the agent giving the tour would know about the house, so Jake helped explain the process to us. He also offered to find out when offers were due on the house, which ended up being less than 24 hours later. Jake connected us with lenders to get pre-approved for a mortgage and talked us through the various parts of an offer. He was clear on what the seller was likely expecting and what would be a competitive offer, while not pushing us to make an offer with which we weren't comfortable. In the end, we landed on an offer that we thought was competitive and within our means. Jake connected us with the home inspector and answered all of our many questions about home-buying. He also attended our home inspection. Jake is great!
