1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First step, pre-approval! It allows me to know how much home you qualify for. I work with a variety of lenders that can get you on set up on the pre-approval process and ready to start your home search today! I don't ever want a client to be "house poor" I will search high and low to find you the home you want at the price you want it for! I'm your biggest advocate! I have attorneys, title companies and inspectors.. I have someone that will get us there, from A-Z, through the whole process, seamlessly
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose the RIGHT agent, one that will be your biggest advocate, hold open houses, stay in constant communication with you and help you every step of the way.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time home buyers to people relocating out of state, to elderly people downsizing into over 55 communities. Whomever my client is, I always provide 100% customer service satisfaction!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I'm proud of ALL my transactions. I worked recently with a couple for 7 months, showed them over 100 homes and they didn't like anything. FINALLY, we found one and we are closing next month
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was licensed about 23 years ago but had to give it up due to a conflict with being a financial adviser. I have worked with a variety of investments. I held a life/health, series 6,7,63 and 24 license. After a life event occurred, I went back to real estate. The commute everyday to NYC just became too much to handle. I love making people's dreams come true and I love HOMES! I put the two together and here I am. Changing lives, making dreams come true and working in an amazing industry
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Previous financial advising experience. I can tell you real estate is your BEST investment!
