Having been in the business as long as she has, not only does she know the neighborhoods that she services but have gone to so many open homes that she knows most of the houses in those neighborhoods. She takes time to understand what you are looking for and then honestly let's you know if your expectations are realistic and helps you align to what the market is calling for. She also gives you food for thought on options you may not have considered in the features of the home as well as the purchase transaction type. She will spend the time with you to show you homes and point out details such as the plumbing type, age of water heaters, foundational issues, seismic retrofits based on the bolt sizes, and so many other characteristics of the house that the typical buyer overlooks or glosses over. She/her team also have an abundance of adjacent resources that they will make available to you such as home renovation referrals, moving resources, and general utility contact information. Jennifer and her team support you end to end, looking and finding the right house, bidding and winning your house, closing on your house, and transforming the house into your home if it is not perfect already for as long as it takes after the sale. She stays in touch with her clients and helps them anyway she can. If there are tenants involved or you are looking to rent out part of your home, she has resources for that too. I learned so much working with Jennifer in purchasing my home. I have never met an agent so knowledgeable and with a full package of resources available to clients. I am so glad Jennifer represented me and I now own the home I will retire in with bidding on just one home because she knows the market that well.

Jennifer helped my husband and I buy our first home this summer. She is an incredible broker, extremely experienced and knowledgeable of the nuances of the San Francisco real estate market (which is very competitive and somewhat unique). We had been looking online for months, and have several friends who have bought homes in San Francisco in the last few years, so we had some idea of what buying a house in San Francisco was going to be like: a long, painful and expensive process. Luckily, one of our friends recommended Jennifer, as she helped him and his husband buy a house a couple of years ago. Our experience with Jennifer was also fantastic. Jennifer met with us and we discussed what we were looking for and where and what our ideal budget was. She told us what we already knew, that our ideal budget was low and we were likely going to have to spend more to buy a home in San Francisco, so we increased our budget to a more realistic one. She went with us to open houses that first weekend and discussed the pros and cons of each house and what she thought each would sell for (all of them at the very max of our realistic budget). We tracked each house online and discovered that she was spot on with all her sale price predictions. She contacted us on Wednesday of the following week and asked us to drop everything and go see a house with her that morning, which thankfully we did. She showed us a house that was not yet on the market, had not been renovated, painted or even cleaned. She told us we could get that house for within our original budget if we moved quickly. This was pretty stressful, as we had just started this process and had only looked at a dozen houses in person. But we trusted her and put an offer on the house the next morning and they accepted our offer. We got the first house we put an offer on, after only looking at houses for 1 week, and it was within our original ideal budget! This is basically unheard of in San Francisco, and would not have happened without Jennifer! We would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone buying a house in San Francisco. And we already have recommended her, to multiple people! She is honest and direct and you should listen to what she tells you, she really does know what she is talking about.

My review for Jennifer Rosdail. Where to begin. This is going to sound like a paid for review, but its not. I just have nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and her team.Jennifer helped me, my son, and daughter-in-law get a 2 unit place in the Richmond on very short notice, but her ability to navigate us through the process, keep us informed and focused on our goals was excellent. Then she helped me to sell my place and I got well over the asking price.Jennifer and her team of assistants were responsive to all my questions and concerns, and her team of contract workers gave my house a makeover that resulted in a quick sale at an excellent price. Yes, it did cost a bit of money to get all that work done, but Jennifer assured me that it would all come back to me at the time of sale. It did, and then some.Jennifer has the real estate game down, but she is also very honest, open, and down to earth. Her assistant, Devan, is completely competent and attentive. There is a lot going on when you are buying one place and selling another, and you want it all to happen quickly. But Jennifer and Devan helped me every step of the way. They stayed on top of all the deadlines. Nothing fell through the cracks. They kept the stress level down. And the results were positive for me, my son, and daughter-in-law. I couldnt be happier. If you are a buyer or a seller, I would highly recommend Jennifer.
