She takes time to understand what you are looking for and then honestly let's you know if your expectations are realistic and helps you align to what the market is calling for. She also gives you food for thought on options you may not have considered in the features of the home as well as the purchase transaction type. She will spend the time with you to show you homes and point out details such as the plumbing type, age of water heaters, foundational issues, seismic retrofits based on the bolt sizes, and so many other characteristics of the house that the typical buyer overlooks or glosses over. She/her team also have an abundance of adjacent resources that they will make available to you such as home renovation referrals, moving resources, and general utility contact information. Jennifer and her team support you end to end, looking and finding the right house, bidding and winning your house, closing on your house, and transforming the house into your home if it is not perfect already for as long as it takes after the sale. She stays in touch with her clients and helps them anyway she can. If there are tenants involved or you are looking to rent out part of your home, she has resources for that too. I learned so much working with Jennifer in purchasing my home. I have never met an agent so knowledgeable and with a full package of resources available to clients. I am so glad Jennifer represented me and I now own the home I will retire in with bidding on just one home because she knows the market that well.
