I sold my home in December of 2022 with Jennifer Edson. I was utterly disappointed with the service and the lack of help received from Jennifer in the process of selling my home. A few problems I had were as follows: -MLS listing contained spelling errors and pictures of a house that was not mine -When an offer was on the table I could not get a hold of Jennifer; she said she was unreachable because she ?didnt have her phone with her? -Lack of expertise, professionalism and overall effort I write this review as a word of caution to future buyers and sellers so that they may not have the same poor experience that I did.

Ms. Edson was very generous with her time. We were going through the process of finding a home from out of state. Ms. Edson walked through several homes for us, providing extensive video footage and/or photos of the homes that we were considering via text and email. Additionally, she spent the day giving us a tour of the area when we were able to come to town so we could get a sense of what the area could provide. It was a pleasure working with her!

She?s patient, knowledgeable, responsive, great attitude and fun! She went above and beyond during our search process. I?m a nurse, found out early on that she is as well. It was meant to be! :) This helped make the search smooth and fun as well. Her caring and attentive nature is a bonus. We didn?t get that from other agents we worked with in the past.
