When I finally found Jennifer, it was a blessing. This was my first time selling and it was quite a difficult and tricky situation (for external reasons). She held my hand through the whole process, explained everything so clearly and made me very comfortable with the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, was available at the drop of a hat and kept me calm through the process. My situation wasn't like other traditional home sells and she navigated the entire process with such grace. Everything turned out exactly as she said it would down to the last minute detail. I know she was working with other clients at the same time as me, but she made me feel as if I was the only person she needed to tend to. Truly amazing. When/if I need a realtor again, I will not be calling anyone else. I typically do not like to leave reviews but felt she really deserved the credit for how she handled my case.
