When we met with the owner, she told us that she knew we were the right people for this property, it had been in her family for generations, they had cared for the land and the wildlife on the land, and they wanted a family that would carry on the tradition of caring for the wildlife and the traditions of the land and Jennifer made them realize we were that family. She fought for us! I dont know what kind of realty voodoo Jennifer uses but great googily moogily it works! Some folks get a Realtor who helps them find a house. We found a Realtor, who fought her way into our hearts, became a member of our family, whom I consider a daughter, who battled not only for us, but with us, and wouldnt let us give up our dream. I inquired online through Zillow about a property in Maggie Virginia, Jennifer was the real estate agent that contacted me we set up arrangements for me to meet her there. She was very disappointed in the property because it was very poorly marked there was no access to the trailer that was on it she apologized repeatedly then asked me what I was looking for in a property.... So I began to tell her of my dream.....I was coming from three and a half hours away so she took it upon herself to go and look at several properties keeping in contact with me through text messaging or email every step of the way.,. I never waited longer than 20 minutes to get a response to either an email or a text message from Jennifer. She emailed me several properties.,. I looked at the listings and I found another one on Zillow that I asked her to check out for me.... she said she would be more than happy to go check on that piece of property but she felt she had be perfect property for me to come and look at it.....so I agreed to drive the three and a half hours down there to look at it, and to my amazement she captured every detail that I had told her I wanted in a retirement property...... We put in an offer that day they countered the very next day and we accepted and I closed on my property today April 15th 2020......
