I dont know what she did during the contract negotiations but because of her, the majority of the closing costs and repairs were taken care of by the seller. Shes incredibly helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately. Closing took longer than expected as there were some hiccups along the way but she kept me in the loop and dealt with all of them the fastest way she could. I cant recommend her enough and will continue to use her for any purchases moving forward.

I cried, a big burly 61 year old man weeping! We found a Realtor, who fought her way into our hearts, became a member of our family, whom I consider a daughter, who battled not only for us, but with us, and wouldnt let us give up our dream.
