The most impactful lessons in life are usually the simple ones. When Jennifer was growing up in rural Delaware County, she never imagined she would be destined for the world of residential real estate. Back then, 4-H was a big part of her life, and as a teenager, in addition to her sewing and cooking projects- she traveled across the country showing her Jersey dairy cows. Her upbringing taught her the simple lessons of life; how to work hard, take pride in what you do, how to compete, and how to lead. When she entered real estate, she applied those same attributes and became so good at her craft that she attracted busy professionals. Their intensely busy schedules call for a Realtor who carefully listens, anticipates their needs, and handles their expectations without unnecessary intrusions in their workday. They need someone they can rely upon to properly handle any situation. Those clients definitely found the right Realtor, and it's how she earned the moniker, "The Real Estate Remedy". Jennifer's achievements include being a member of the $50 Million Dollar Club. She's known for handling the headaches of home buying and selling for busy professionals so they can focus on their profession. She is considered a sought after Realtor for Sellers and Buyers, and focuses on helping those who live in and around Delaware County. She lives in Powell with her husband, Kevin, whom she says 'grounds her' because he is so kind, calm and steady. She has four grown children and three grandchildren. We moved to Columbus a year ago and elected to live in an apartment until we could find exactly the right house for us. Jennifer met with us early on and interviewed us to understand exactly what we wanted. As we began to look at houses she spent a lot of time showing us many homes. Her style as a realtor was exactly what we needed. She allowed us to look at homes and come to our own decisions. She often pointed out important issues that we sometimes missed like excessive street noise. She did not try to push us or rush us into a decision. In the end we found a home under construction that was exactly what we wanted. It took an additional 6 months to complete before we could move in. Jennifer stood by us throughout this process and helped with decisions and issues that arose. Overall she was knowledgeable and professional throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to relocate.
