A lifelong resident of Long Island, Jennifer grew up in Nassau County, later moved to Suffolk County, and eventually settled on the East End to raise her three children. Jennifer is a dedicated community advocate, having served as the PTA President of Sag Harbor Elementary School and as a Board Member of the Sag Harbor Village Zoning Board of Appeals for five years. Jennifer began her real estate career at age sixteen, working for a title company. She earned her BA in American Literature and Secondary Education from Hofstra University, followed by a law degree from St. John's School of Law. Over her 22-year legal career, she practiced in insurance defense litigation, real estate law, and served as a court referee in foreclosure proceedings. Jennifer's deep expertise in title issues, contract negotiations, and real estate closings gives her an exceptional edge in the industry. In 2020, RealTrends ranked her as the No. 4 individual in the Hamptons by sales volume, underscoring her success and reputation in luxury real estate. Jennifer is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both New York and Florida, a Notary Public in New York and admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Eastern & Southern Districts. In her personal life, Jennifer enjoys Pilates and spending time with her three dogs.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer Ponzini. It was a very long and tough process and she was extremely helpful and patient. Her knowledge of Sag Harbor and expertise in the market were extremely beneficial. I took up alot of her time and she was never too busy to call me back, text me and send emails. Most of the time I felt like I was her only client. She is very smart and has great people skills, everyone we dealt with loves her. Bottom line is that Jenn is the best.
