1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Before you begin your home search, it is best to work with a mortgage lender whom can provide a price range that you are comfortable with and pre-approve you for a home loan. If you do not have a preferred lender, I would be happy to connect you to someone who will fit your needs.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Look at your home through an outsider's point of view. Simple updates can make a huge difference in your home's appeal. Clean or replace carpeting, paint walls neutral colors, organize and de-clutter and make sure landscaping is cleaned up and fresh.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers and sellers from all backgrounds and stages in life.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I became a realtor 26 years ago when my Aunt owned her own Real Estate Company. She taught me to be honest and fair with my clients, listen to the clients needs, always follow through on what you promise.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Communication. As a full time Realtor for the last 26 years, I've gained real estate knowledge that can only be learned through experience. My priority is protecting my clients in the largest purchase/sale of their lives.
