I highly recommend Lisa Gibbs as your realtor. Lisa was extraordinary in the way she worked with me in getting the house sold in a relatively short time and at the value I believed it should be sold for. Unlike a previous realtor I talked to before meeting with Lisa, the other realtor recommended that I not invest a penny in the property and sell it quickly.
