My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Jen. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. Jen was readily available to answer all of them and always made time to show us any house we wanted to see. She encouraged us to see as many houses as possible which really helped us narrow down what we wanted. Jen is very knowledgeable about the market and set very realistic expectations about what we would get at our price point. She was always willing to provide comps, which allowed us to make an informed decision. We never felt pressured despite it taking us some time to find a house we liked. We were very confident that when the right house came along Jen would know exactly how to structure our offer to get it accepted and we were right! Jens connections were also extremely helpful once we had an accepted offer. She had recommendations for everything from mortgage lender to inspector to attorney to to even painters when we decided we wanted a fresh coat before moving in. We highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house, especially if youre a first time homebuyer.
