I met with several realtors when deciding to list my home for sale. When I met with Jennifer and Megan, I knew I would be in good hands. I was not disappointed. I mainly worked with Megan, who was a true professional and went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. From decisions about which repairs and updates to make, recommendations of repair providers and places to shop for updated lighting, to talking through the list price - she was there for me in a very reassuring way. Megan couldn't have been more helpful with the staging. Her eye for design helped my home look it's best and the people they work with for pictures and the listing verbiage did a great job. The most expensive mistake weve made thus far was choosing not to list our home with Jennifer Kragh and Megan Tabor from the start.
