We spoke with Jennifer in advance, and then she came out for a visit. She provided advice based on our particular needs and plans. Then we prepped our house. That took about 3 weekends and several late nights after work. Once it was ready she came out again. She was prepared with a few recent sales comparables. She suggested a listing price and I followed her advice. It took a couple days for her to arrange a photographer. The photos turned out great and in a couple of days the property was listed. Four days later she showed the house and that evening we had an offer for asking price. She then stayed in constant contact as the buyer's requirements (building inspection, well inspection, appraisal) were completed. It took about six weeks from the day it listed until we closed. If not for COVID-19 it would have been even quicker. I can not recommend her highly enough! She is the best! She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.
