After spending 10 summers vacationing at the Shore in Spring Lake and Sea Girt, Jennifer made Monmouth County her home six years ago. She currently resides in Belmar and proud to work for Patrick Parker Realty, a boutique realty company and specialist for our shore towns and communities. Ms. Jones earned NJ REALTORSA(R) Circle of Excellence Sales AwardA(R) in 2016, obtained her Real Estate License in 2006, first in Hudson County in Monmouth/Ocean County since 2011. Jennifer graduated from Loyola University, Baltimore with a Business/Psychology degree. During her early professional career, Jennifer held senior roles in Corporate Sales/Marketing. She was also a NJ licensed Mortgage Banker for several years, selling and financing new construction projects for a top NJ regional builder. Ms. Jones' mortgage banking experience provides the unique advantage to understand each transaction from both the property and financing perspectives. She is a confident negotiator and maintains a natural style as she guides clients through the real estate process.
