We used Jennifer Hultquist to get our home SOLD in Greer Ranch in Murrieta and could have never known what a GREAT decision that turned out to be. We called her to interview her because we had seen her mailers for other homes she had sold in the neighborhood and she seemed to have a very intimate knowledge of Greer Ranch and all of it's unique qualities and selling points as one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in the area. Before listing she met with us, answered all of our questions, gave us advice and suggestions on getting our home ready for listing so that it would present as beautiful as possible to potential buyers and it was very clear that she was the right person for the job by the end of that "interview". We spent a couple of weeks getting the house ready and then she got it listed for us as soon as we were ready.
