1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do not be in a rush to buy a house. Take your time and make sure you are buying a house you love not just settling for a house that you like.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Patience!! You will sell your house but it could take longer then you think it will or it could be faster then you think.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First Time Home Buyers, Investors, Clients who are in Pre-foreclosure and had to Short Sale their home. Multiple home buyers. Sellers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I sold a home that had an offer on the property in 5 days, the deal fell thru. Put the home back on the market got another offer in a few days. The buyer did not do their part so we had to close 30 days after the original closing date. My seller had put an offer on another property. We almost lost that property because we had to extend the closing date twice. We finally went to closing on both properties. We had everything that could go wrong went wrong. We never gave up and my clients are extremely happy!! Patience is a virtue
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started working at Real Estate Company as a Receptionist when i was younger and loved every aspect of real estate. Waited until I was more mature and got my Real Estate License.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I do have certification in Foreclosures and Short Sales.
