Kim is Excellent. She is personable and very knowledgeable in the RE process. She always followed up with open issues and always responded in a timely manner. I actually met Amelia at an Open House, and while I needed to wait to purchase my new home, I knew I wanted her to be my realtor when the time came for me to make my new home purchase. Amelia is personable and knowledgeable. Every part of the process is made easier, because she is involved. She is patient with explaining parts of the home buying process you might not understand. My home buying process had some curveballs, but she worked with the seller and the inspector to make sure the home was up to par. Michael has a deep knowledge of real estate markets and finances and who also understands the construction side of housing, he provided valuable advise when it came to making important decisions. It took me a while (looked at many different properties) to find a perfect house that meets my criteria, which has changed over time and Michael was very accommodative every step of the way. At one point, Michael was on vacation at a remote island with a bad telephone reception and I needed to see a property urgently, he went far a beyond to find someone who would show me that property to me in his absence. Michael has fought tooth and nail when it came to finalize a deal and helped me make unforseen decisions. I would recommend Michael to anyone seeking to buy a property.

Ari helped me sooo much with this adventure. First time buying a home for my son and I and the only requirement was to stay in school zone. This made it difficult at times for her I know but she came through!!!!
