I actually met Amelia at an Open House, and while I needed to wait to purchase my new home, I knew I wanted her to be my realtor when the time came for me to make my new home purchase. Amelia is personable and knowledgeable. Every part of the process is made easier, because she is involved. She is patient with explaining parts of the home buying process you might not understand. Michael has a deep knowledge of real estate markets and finances and who also understands the construction side of housing, he provided valuable advise when it came to making important decisions. It took me a while (looked at many different properties) to find a perfect house that meets my criteria, which has changed over time and Michael was very accommodative every step of the way. At one point, Michael was on vacation at a remote island with a bad telephone reception and I needed to see a property urgently, he went far a beyond to find someone who would show me that property to me in his absence.
