Jessica Roth was a stellar agent for me in the sale of my rental property/house. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale. Its was barely a week from the time I asked her to look into selling my house until it was sold! She has her finger on the pulse of the market (which, granted, is a sellers? market at the moment) and she helped me come up with an optimum asking price ? which was more than I was expecting but was also just right to generate a lot of interest. Once that was decided, she listed the house, staged the house, had showings and an open house, got offers, and got it sold! During that time she also had helped me get the property cleaned up and also get furniture and other miscellaneous stuff left by the former renters moved out of the house. She was accommodating, efficient, and cheerful, though completely professional, throughout the whole process. I mentioned to her that I was thinking of trying to do a 1031 exchange with this sale, and she immediately had the agents lined up to help with that if that was to be my ultimate course of action. Every time I called her (at all hours of the day) with a question or a request for help with understanding some small point (or even with help moving furniture!) she was right there with help or with investigating how to get me an answer or the help I needed. She is cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, ambitious, professional, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her. I recommend her highly.
