Jennifer answered our questions about what we should do to appeal to more buyers. She advised, aEURoeLess is more;aEUR? clutter in closets, too much furniture for the space, or too many pictures on walls makes the house look smaller. Jennifer advised us to open our home for four consecutive days (Thursday aEUR" Sunday), from 9am until 9pm, allowing for continuous 30 minute showing segments. Jennifer sent a photographer to take beautiful pictures of our home, then she used all her resources in marketing and advertising to make sure everyone knew about our listing before it even went live. When it did go live, we were booked solid.
