Jennifer and her capable associates delivered a wonderful sale through 1031 of house in Atherton of 40 years. She managed a 1-year rental at reasonable rate. Then sold into a difficult and declining market in fall of 2023. She had a strategy of private listing for a couple of weeks to get the price right. We had 2 open houses and one cash bid at asking price -- so we really believe we got the best price! There were difficult decisions on staging, fixing the landscaping, preparing house for sale. We spent $50k. Jennifer was always cognizant of cost/benefit. Her right-hand-man Dan (husband) was terrific with helping fix-ups and meeting prospective purchasers.
