Jennifer also did a great job of helping us negotiate the best possible deal on the property that we decided on. Jennifer was knowledgeable about contracts and what was needed in order to finalize the deal. Jennifer also went above and beyond while the property was under contract. She went to the property numerous times for us to take measurements and meet-contractors so we could get bids on painting and flooring. Jennifer is a great communicator too.
