Jennifer was an excellent agent. I have lived in several places across the country and had worked with many agents to buy and sell several houses previously. I have to say that Jennifer was the best among them all. When buying/selling a house, besides the essential price negotiation, there are many other small things you'll need to do or consider, such as some last minute fixing, find a reliable mortgage loan broker, find a good home inspector, etc. As home owners, you most likely will have no clue when dealing with those issues. Luckily for us, we could always ask Jennifer for help, and most importantly, it worked! Saying that, I do not mean that she did not help us on price negotiation. We bought and sold the same house in Albany NY under her help and managed to get some net profit by doing this within 2 years. We believe that things would not be going so smoothly without helps from Jennifer, especially we had moved outside NY state before the selling was closed!
