Jenn helped us buy our first home and was very helpful in many aspects. Not only was she very responsive and available for last minute viewings, but she also taught us a lot about what to look out for as first time homebuyers. I work in a demanding professional environment, and I know how rare it is to find someone who checks all the boxes. My wife and I were very nervous about purchasing our first house in a new town ( a new state, for that matter!). Anyway, Jenn knew the area like the palm of her hand and guided us. She quickly realized what kind of houses we were looking for and made our search very easy, really making the most of our time. Communication was excellent from day one. She was very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. She also provided us with all the necessary information and different steps involved in the house buying process. One day when we could not go to see one of the houses since there was a snowstorm, she went herself and showed it to us via facetime. She also has a great network of collaborators who have lots of experience and help with house inspections, financing, insurance, etc. We had a terrible experience with the first bank my wife and I had chosen, and if it were not for Jenn, we would not have been able to get financing on time for our house. So anyway not enough good words to describe how positive our experience was. We have recommended her to all of our friends moving into the area and will continue to do so.
