Jennifer actually got my father's condo under contract ~before~ it was even listed... after fixing it up really nicely prior to the sale. Her boyfriend Johnny is a professional contractor and a perfectionist who made a number of upgrades she recommended to help the condo sell. It all turned out perfectly. I got a great price. The timing was perfect and an extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend her.

From the very beginning, Jennifer went above and beyond, always working for me to find just the "right" house. She even arranged a viewing for me after 8PM when a house had just been listed! And showed the house to my daughter after she got off from work after 9:30PM. When my future neighbor claimed that some pipe had been run on his property, she researched the County records and even found the contractor who had put in the pipe to determine that the pipe was on my property not the neighbor's. She was proactive with the seller, the mortgage company and the closing lawyer and managed to get my closing in about four weeks! I'd never bought a home, only sold one in another state therefore I was a novice. Jennifer was with me through every step of the process! I can't say enough about how good Jennifer is and I'd certainly recommend her highly!!!

Jennifer is the best, she was always there for me "first time home owner" it didn't matter what time of day it was she always responsed back immediately, she was able to answer all of my questions and gave comfort when I began to panic.
