Jennifer sold our home in Gilroy for us in a weekend, which was amazing because we needed to sell it quickly in order to purchase a larger home in Hollister. But even more importantly, she got us EXACTLY what we need for our Gilroy home so that we could afford our new home. She is excellent at selling homes. We had done quite a bit of work to our Gilroy home, so we were burnt out on doing repairs and wanted to sell it as-is. When the buyers of the Gilroy home wanted us to make some additional small repairs, Jennifer paid to have them done so that we wouldn't have to deal with it.
