I would highly recommend Jennifer Dingess. She listed and sold the condo I was selling in ONE DAY! Jennifer was the only realtor to send me a post card to remember her when I was interested in selling. She then came to see the condo at 2 pm and had the buyer see the property and make an all cash offer at 4 pm the next day. Escrow closed about a week later.
