My wife and I are from Sonoma County / Santa Rosa to be exact. Last fall our city experienced a horrible fire that burned down a major portion of Santa Rosa. This has created a terrible situation for anyone who happened to be renting in the area, we along w/ many other renters received our 60 day notice to vacate a place we had rented for 8 years.
