I wanted to let everyone know what an incredible job Jennifer Cirka with Greyhound Real Estate did for me! When my mother passed away, a friend sent me to Jennifer to list my mother's property. Unbeknownst to me and my siblings, there were multiple issues with our mother's property, such as property lines, and easement issues. When myself and my siblings were thinking we were going to have to throw in the towel and start over, Jennifer worked like a trooper and went over and above, working overtime to iron out all the issues so that we could make it to closing. It was hard enough to lose our mother, but then to have to deal with all of these issues, it was a real nightmare. But Jennifer was amazing and kept us all together! In the next month or so, I will be looking to buy a new home and I've already told Jennifer that I will be calling her for her help. We sold 2 homes and bought one with Greyhound Real Estate. Jennifer saved us tons of money while working really hard for us and always looking out for our interests. She is easy to contact and communicate with, even on weekends and acted quickly and efficiently to get things done in this crazy market..
