Well, this was two weeks prior to us going out of the country for a pre-planned vacation. Jenny guided us through all the paperwork that needed to be signed, contacted a great handyman to complete some work in the house and she set us up with a fantastic home stager. When we left for vacation, Jenny told us she would try not to bother usaEUR|but really, who doesnt want to be bothered with updates when their house is on the market. When we got an offer, we were still out of the country. Jenny sent us an email regarding the next steps/timeline and what would need to be done on our part. Jenny was able to email documents to us that needed to be signed, in addition to keeping us up to date via email, as the home selling process was moving, although we were out of the country. When we got back from vacation, everything went just as Jenny said it would and the house sold/closed. Jenny makes both sides, either being a buyer or seller, so simple, as she is knowledgeable in her field.

It is true, no Agent has a crystal ball to know the best time to put your home on the market. However, I believe Jennys experience and her keen eye in following the market for years certainly assisted in making an informed decision. Jenny has amazing contacts! Home cleaning and landscaping all in preparation to have beautiful pictures taken when your home goes on the market. The photographer she recommended WAS AMAZING - I was shocked how beautiful my home looked! Jenny even connected me with her handy man to fix a few odds/ends. I certainly appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Not to mention how genuine Jenny is and making sure aEUR~I was ok during the entire process.
