This review is late in coming. The recent purchase of my new home is actually the third time Jennifer and Carren have worked their magic. It if wasn't for them I would not be moving into my fabulous new home. They are organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, and seemingly work pretty much 24/7. There has yet to be a question they could not answer. Honest, direct, kind, thoughtful, considerate, amusing, generous, diligent, hard-working, and sincere are just a few adjectives I would use to describe them. When buying my first home in 2010 the other agent basically kept the deal together (my loan had an issue) because they "knew and trusted Carren at her word." I recommendA them without hesitation and to all.

We met Scott half way through our home search. We took 6 months from start to finish, worked with Scott for about 3 months. Before Scott, we were bouncing from agent to agent (about 5 different agents) before settling on working with him. Scott has a great local knowledge of San Francisco and the different neighborhoods. He is genuinely passionate about homes and often check out homes on his own before recommending to us. What we like best about Scott is he does not pressure us to chase up the price, he has a good perspective on a prices that's fair value to buyer and seller. He is able to provide that perspective through relentless information gathering, whether on a nearby house that went pending (not yet closed), or going through nearby comps. I know I wouldn't be overpaying for a home with Scott as my agent.
