ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Jennifer Bregar online when I was researching a home that was for sale. The description and price of a house online sounded too good to be true. I contacted Jennifer to get more information about the house. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that that she had about the house and the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in that area and I?m so thankful I did. The delivery of the information about house shopping was straightforward: She presented the information and talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward because the housing market and interest rates were changing. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property. I felt Jennifer looked out for me and had my best interests in mind. She helped me find a mortgage company, since my previous one was no longer in business. Jennifer was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn?t pick up, she would always call back shortly after. Our offer was accepted on a house. The owners of the house we bid on wanted a 30 day rent back. So it wasn?t a straightforward deal. Jennifer walked me through the rental process and rental agreement because I had not been a landlord before. and I didn?t know all of the right questions I should be asking. She scheduled a walk-through inspoection before the rental period ended. Jennifer asked the sellers agent to attend the walk-through to handle their clients dog. In addition, Jennifer asked the sellers agent to ask their clients to come and pick up a desk that was left behind. Jennifer not only helped us purchase a house but she also sold our old home. We waited to put our house on the market until we purchased a new house. Jennifer helped me find contractors to make repairs and install new carpeting. The cleaners came and did a once over on the house. Jennifer found areas that the cleaners missed. If I hirded another house cleaning crew to come out, it would have caused a delay in getting the house on the market. Jennifer went above and beyond and she helped me clean those items and areas of the house. We were downsizing to a smaller, one story house. Jennifer was patient waiting for us to get many donations picked up. We had our first offer on the house shortly after it went on the market. All of the legal stuff and paperwork in the home buying process can be stressful and daunting. Making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home Having Jennifer on my side, who properly set and managed my expectations was such a lifesaver. It took some of the stress away, and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
