The Bonks have done a great job both selling our current home and helping us with the purchase of our new home. Our current home actually sold before ever going on the market via their extended connections in the community. The house we purchased is on the water and they helped with processes beyond the purchase with regards to improvements and the connections to make those improvements. Even with Covid, the process has been extremely smooth and i think this has a lot to do with them have the right extended team from a great home inspector to a financial team. I highly recommend the Bonks

Cam was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the process. I would recommend him to anyone from first time home buyer to a pro. He was able to handle any communications, scheduling, and timing of all visits. He stayed on top of and motivated the lender, buyers agent, appraiser, inspectors, etc. during the closing process. We were able to close ahead of schedule due to his attentiveness and ability to get "stuff" done. It was fantastic experience I will definitely use him again and recommend to anyone buying or selling a home in the future.
