1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First i would recommend them to make a good connection with a Realtor and speak with a lender. Having a Realtor by your side increases your opportunity for a smooth transaction. Speaking with a lender will give you an idea what price range you would be eligible for and if there are any loans that would not require a down payment.
Once you have these two requirements completed the fun part of looking at homes can begin.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Defiantly speak with a Realtor, selling your home in todays market is very fast pace and dynamic. Allow me the opportunity to review my selling strategy and the top dollar I know you can get from my selling your home.
