Theres not a better agent than Jennifer. I gave it a try with another agent but quickly found that it was difficult to schedule showings and negotiate properly. I hired Jennifer to find and represent me in my very first home purchase (as a single woman), and she did a phenomenal job. Too many agents have excuses.... they dont work evenings, they dont work weekends, and theyre never available. The problem is that we are in a sellers market right now, and theres not one single minute to waste. Jennifer understood this, and she was there for me anytime I needed her and asked her to show me a house. I would give her lists of 8-10 houses at a time that I researched online, and within hours she had info on all of them and appointments scheduled. We found a home and closed within just around a month or so. It wasnt long at all, and she made the process so easy. Buying a new home isnt stress-free at all, so Jennifer patiently listened to me cry, get angry at times, and then supported me in the joy that came. She was there every step of the way, and I would NEVER recommend anyone else.
