ZillowVERIFIEDAs a military spouse, sometimes I have encountered realtors who are eager to take a generous commission with minimal effort. Jennifer & her team proved the opposite; after managing our home as a rental for a number of years, they knew what it needed to sell for top dollar and planned and executed an entire renovation and sale in a short period of time. We are living in on the opposite side of the country and were grateful that they took care of virtually everything and sold above asking price.

ZillowVERIFIEDI rented a home managed by Jennifer Mims. After 4 years of rental, NEVER missing a payment, upon Mims issuing me a notice to conclude my rental, I followed the Mims property guide to transfer the property. This included contacting their SUGGESTED vendor list for maid srvice and carpet cleaning.Mims sent their Property Mgr, Cady to revew the property upon my departure. The review this women wrote was unbeliveable. She made comments on exterior window tracks, pressure washing driveway and sidwalks, comments on racks left in cabinets that had been there when I took occupancy, cleaning behind the stove, etc. Ts house was not clean when I moved in ans I was never presented a "Move Out Guide". Totally out of line! After attempts to call/communicate with Mims, (left a meassage to Jennifer), to NEVER receive a call back. In the pursuit of regaing my security deposit, I determined the only way forward was to contact the FL DBPR and the Freeport Better Business Bureau. Then I sent a registered letter to Mims telling them I wanted my money back and what course I felt I had to take. (BTW I am a single adult, so the wear on this house was minimal.)Then fnally, my deposit was returned. however, afterwards, Jennifer Mims retorted to several legal threats and name calling etc.Family's BEWARE! I found Mim's to be TOTALLY unprofessional and not reputable and would NOT recommend doing business with Mims. I regret all the fixing from plumbing to general household stuff you would normally encounter in 4 years.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

We had an offer on our home within the week of listing.We were in the position of needing to sell our home from out of state.Jennifer was extremely responsive to all our needs.We could have found someone to accomplish the sale of our home for less money, but I'm sure we would have suffered in the process as well.I'd highly recommend Jennifer, she did an amazing job for us and we were on about 3,000 miles away. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to work with her in person.

Not sure how I found her but so glad we did and now consider her a friend. I really just can't say enough about her work ethic and her expertise and her willingness to get the job done.
