1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Hire a trusted adviser...not just your mothers cousin's neighbor because she/he just got licensed and you want to do them a favor. This is a major life decision. Check reviews and be sure your realtor understands what they are doing. There are many programs and so much "free money" you don't want to miss out.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire a professional, like myself that sells a lot of property. Do not hire some ne who just "list" the property but someone who also has a track records of bringing buyers and sells. DO NOT over price. Read reviews on line. A track record of SALES is what makes them experts.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time home buyers, investors, move up buyers and luxury home clients. They all want the same thing, great service, quick responses to their questions and doing what you say you will do!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Worked in the Real Estate Title Industry for 16 years prior to getting Real Estate License also followed with a Brokers License soon after. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and only the top 1% of agents nationwide have this education. This Industry requires constant education to keep current while also being a Top Producer in the West Volusia, Seminole and Lake County neighborhoods.
