She kept focused on the goal and got all of the parties to the finish line without any acrimony, even though both sides had gone through an long, arduous process to get to closing (e.g., the closing was two months late). She was always willing to answer the phone, and returned calls promptly when she couldn't. She also kept her professional demeanor throughout, even at the most challenging times.
