We bought a home with Jennie and her team at ZenCoast Homes.It was a great experience for us.We met them just 2 days before the offer deadline on one of the homes we wanted, Ashley and Jennie went above and beyond to prep a offer for us.Ashley owns a home close to us and she addressed all our questions regarding the neighborhood. we felt very comfortable.They explained the process in detail and walked us through all the steps we need to do for closing.Our offer was approved, even though it wasn't the highest offer buyer's received.We worked with one of their suggested lenders at US Bank and we got a great rate and we closed much sooner than anticipated.Jennie is easy to work with and always responds very fast.
