She got my mail, she mowed the yard, she cleaned the house and she boxed all my stuff up and helped me move out. Jenna is one hell of real estate agent and a damn nice women to be around. I found Jenna's phone number online late one Saturday afternoon. I called, but did not leave a message when she did not answer. She returned my call a few minutes later.I explained my military husband and I wanted to see a house, but he was leaving early Monday morning. She made it happen! We saw the house Sunday after church.I went to see a few houses with Jenna without my husband, just to compare to other houses in the area in my price range. We ended up putting in an offer to the original house. Jenna walked me through the process and required inspections and all the extra requirements for a VA mortgage. She knew what needed to happen and what my mortgage lender needed BEFORE they asked for it!After the inspection, she gave me advice on what repairs I should definitely ask to be completed, and negotiated with the seller to ensure they were all complete. It turns out the seller was not very pleasant to work with, but Jenna never let me know until AFTER the closing.Everything went smoothly and efficiently; I HIGHLY recommend Jenna for your home buying adventure!
