Jenna was absolutely awesome from start to finish. As first time home buyers, she sat down with us and explained the entire process. We werent quite ready to pull the trigger on anything at first, and Jenna would check in just frequently enough to see if we needed anything. She was able to get us a showing within 24 hours! She came and sat through our inspection for us as well as we were on our honeymoon, 6 hours behind! I contacted Jenna thru Zillow. As i was relocating back to my hometown after being gone 45 years. I didnt know anyone here to help me well, i have to say, she was MORE than amazing and helpful. Just wonderful anytime i had questions, she was right there to respond instantly . Her communication with me, thru my whole process, was priceless. She was so knowledgeable on any questions i had. She even helped me close on my other home out of state. Huge huge HUGE help !! I literally left it all up to her ! When i found where i decided to buy, again, she viewed everything with me, and even came with me, for advice and second opinion on choosing items for my new home. She checked on the building process for me, while i was gone few months. Then i closed ! Nov 15 th . It was a miserable day to drive downtown by myself.
