My background is very diverse, as I have also lived in Berlin, Germany for 17 years. During my 17 years, I studied and graduated college as a sales associate in Telecommunications. Before deciding to return to my home in Cape Coral I was privileged to have, owned and operated a successful tourist driven business. We live in Ohio and connected with Jen when we were interested in a home in Sabal Springs in Ft.Myers. She was super responsive from the first day I reached out to her, and based on our conversations I knew she was experienced and honest. A few weeks later we set up a trip to Florida and viewed 7-8 homes with her. I could tell she was watching our reaction to each property to help her determine what would be a good fit for us. Ultimately we made an offer on a home during our trip! Jen has been super helpful during this process (especially since we are out of state). She attended the home inspection, and will be doing the final walk through for us if we can't be there in person. We highly recommend Jen Spears for all of your Real Estate needs!
