We live in Ohio and connected with Jen when we were interested in a home in Sabal Springs in Ft.Myers. She was super responsive from the first day I reached out to her, and based on our conversations I knew she was experienced and honest. A few weeks later we set up a trip to Florida and viewed 7-8 homes with her. I could tell she was watching our reaction to each property to help her determine what would be a good fit for us. Ultimately we made an offer on a home during our trip! Jen has been super helpful during this process (especially since we are out of state). She attended the home inspection, and will be doing the final walk through for us if we can't be there in person. We highly recommend Jen Spears for all of your Real Estate needs!

I found Jenn through a random search for a house she had listed. I'm so glad I did. She has been phenomenal through the whole process of finding my next home. Her professional demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs has made it a great experience. She waited patiently, (over a year), for us to decide to put our Fort Myers winter house on the market and then treated it as her own. As snow birds, we were extremely impressed when she called us, (while we were out of town), to offer to prepare our home for hurricane Ian and even followed up to give us updates on our home's condition after Ian hit. She was a strong advocate for us and sold our home at a price that met our high expectations. She was absolutely amazing!!

Wow...We now own a home in Florida! We were provided Jen's information from a friend. We did not know her and trusting someone with your biggest investment is difficult. We made a plan together to travel to Florida and had a limited time frame to look at homes. We found a home, bid and were closed within 30 days. I will simply say this , her professionalism and dedication is remarkable. She went so far beyond are expectation that we were stunned. She was so honest and we were comfortable with her from our very first conversation. Do not hesitate to call her and have that first conversation.
