We had Jose represent us for both buying and selling; he and his team came thru for us with both major transactions and during a turbulent time with interest rates about to change. ZillowVERIFIEDShelley had helped me find my first home in 2019, and she was extremely helpful guiding me through the process as a first time homebuyer. After I bought the property, she was kind enough to offer advice and resources whenever I had issues arise with my new home. More recently, I had to sell the same property in a short period of time to move out of state, and Shelley was there, providing solid advice on what I needed to do to get the place in shape to sell. She explained the pros and cons of several options (including painting/staging, etc.) and in terms of what work was critical to get done before the sale, helping me with timelines to get the property on the market. She makes great recommendations but also really listens to what your needs and concerns are and also respects the decisions you end up making for yourself. With Shelley's help and advice, the property was listed on a Thursday, I had an amazing offer by the following weekend (over $35,000 over my asking price, which was about $25,000 more than the best I thought could even hope for!), and the property was sold about two weeks later. As a result, I had a huge burden off my shoulders, so that I could focus on starting a new job in a new state, and a new life nearer to my close family. I am really lucky to have had Shelley recommended to me years prior and to know I could call her as I tried to sell and that she would be there for me with the guidance I needed to make this process successful. Shelley's a great realtor and has also become a great friend whose opinion and recommendations I respect and am grateful for. Anyone who has Shelley as realtor is really lucky to benefit from her wisdom and insight from decades of experience in the real estate business. I definitely highly recommend her both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent, because she was wonderful for me in both situations, and is great at what she does!
