Jenn Schaake is simply terrific. While wintering in Southern California we made the decision to sell our house in Awbrey Glen. Having dealt with Jenn before, it never crossed our mind to use anyone else, and, as usual, she was a superwoman. We e-signed the listing docs on 3/5 and she and Rob went to work. We had not planned to sell the house when we left so it was just a house being lived in. Jenn staged everything perfectly and by the 14th photos had been taken. The first showing was on the 15th and by the 21st we had an accepted offer. All of this before we even got back to town. All we had to do was pack up and vacate.
