I was very pleased with professionalism and competence Jenn displayed during the process of selling my rental property. She was great working with the Tenant during the selling process to ensure all parties (prospective buyers, seller, & tenants) felt like their needs were being met. I'll start off by saying that working with Jenn as our realtor was a great experience and I would highly recommend her to everyone! My wife and I had some tougher requirements, and wanted to make sure that we found a home for our family that we would be able to be in for an extended period of time. Because of this, we communicated to Jenn that we might be looking for a prolonged time. From our very first meeting, she listened to what we were looking for, asked us great questions, and made us feel immediately comfortable with her.
