I was very pleased with professionalism and competence Jenn displayed during the process of selling my rental property. She was great working with the Tenant during the selling process to ensure all parties (prospective buyers, seller, & tenants) felt like their needs were being met. After listing on a Thursday evening, Jenn bought her clients thru Friday, the next day, and then called to say that her clients were very interested.
