Jenn Charchuk is an amazing real estate agent. She is knowledgable, skilled, and caring agent. My husband and I first spoke with Jenn before the pandemic when my father died and my mother was in a care center. We do not live in Texas. Although we did not yet have a contract with Jenn, she helped us identify contractors to take care of what we could so when it was safe for us to travel, we could then get the house ready to sell. Once that time came, Jen worked tirelessly to help us get it ready. This included helping us find a remodeler to update the interior. Due to her recommendations and the skill of Sergio Zuniga, the remodel manager, the return on the investment was incredible. If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell your home, I cannot recommend anyone higher than Jenn Charchuk.

She is so helpful as a realtor and the fact that she was also a Katy transplant really helps ease your mind when making such big life changes because she truly could relate to the stress and logistics. We werent even really looking for a new home but chanced on one we had to see and fortunately for us we met Jenn Charchuk. Once Jenn explained how easy it would be to sell our existing home we thought we would give it a shot. Jenn was true to her word.
